As an aspiring musician, I believe that finding your “perfect” tone, and the love of chasing your own unique sound (many times to no end) makes you a better player.
Part of this means finding what gear gives you “that sound” you want so badly.
Being a guitar player, I love that “perfect” sweet-sounding, thick, and liquid sweep some of those older wahs made; sounds that any of the new mass-produced wahs just don’t seem to have.
I love those lush sounding, “bell-tone” sounds that usually leap from a vintage single-coil guitar being played by someone who knows what they are doing.
Desiring these tones, and never being able to afford instruments that would accomplish the sound I wanted, I set out to design a wah, and pickups that would accomplish that “classic tone”, and do so to the “T”. I have developed techniques and methods which allow me to reproduce similar types of tones, every time; at a fraction of the cost of a vintage instrument, or wah. It started as a way to avoid paying for someone Else’s boutique effects/hardware that I didn’t know anything about (…which was always out of my price range).
I can, and will do my best to give you that sound you have been searching for!!
